Automatic Casing Drive Adapter

The Automatic Casing Drive Adapter connects the casing to the drilling rig rotor, transmits torque, and supports the string and its up-and-down movement. The Casing Drive Adapter matches the casing diameter and connection type and mounts on the drilling rig rotary head, depending on the brand: Bauer, Liebherr, Delmag, Casagrande, Soilmec, Junttan, XCMG, SANY, Zoomlion, Sunward, etc.

Unlike traditional manual operations, the automatic casing drive adaptor system connects and disconnects the rotary and casing through the reciprocating motion of two hydraulic cylinders on the driving device.
This eliminates the need for auxiliary workers to operate manually on the ground, significantly improving construction efficiency, enhancing safety, and reducing costs-especially when dealing with longer casing lengths.
