Pile Breakers are used for Deep Foundation works. To ensure a strong connection between the pile and the upper concrete structure, the pile head is typically left 1–2 meters above ground level, allowing the reinforcement bars to remain exposed.
Pile Breaker is an efficient, economical, clean and advanced system for cutting concrete outcrops and foundation piles.
The modular design makes the pile breaker easy to use on-site to crush round concrete piles with diameters from 500 to 2500 mm and square piles with diameters from 250 to 800 mm. Each module also includes a separate cylinder. Hydraulic pressure drives the oil cylinder and rod to crush the pile.
This working method prevents cracks or damage to the underground part of the pile and reinforcement. Also, thanks to its independent modular structure, it significantly reduces air and noise pollution at construction sites.
Our pile breaker is more than 10 times faster than the traditional manual process because it runs automatically.
We offer Pile Breakers for working with round and square piles of different sizes.
A suitable excavator or crane is required for this job. In some cases, a standalone power unit is required.
