Centrifugal Bucket

Centrifugal Bucket is a drilling tool that allows not only drilling in ground under groundwater conditions, but also effectively removes water-saturated soil from the borehole.

The design feature is that the bucket is unloaded by opening the flaps under centrifugal force as it rotates.

They are used to construct bored piles (deep foundations) with a Kelly bar.

These tools are suitable for clay, silt and loose to medium sand and gravel.

Features:
– Large inlet of soil open shell design, easy to dump spoil to increase the drilling efficiency.
– Super-high-strength structure and guide plate that extend the bucket’s working life.
– Wearing strips arranged on the surface of the bucket for wear protection.

Centrifugal buckets are equipped with Bullet Teeth (round-shank chisel) or Flat Teeth.

The standard Kelly box size is 200 mm; 130 and 150 mm are also available.

Centrifugal Buckets of all standard sizes (520 – 1350 mm) are available. Larger or non-standard diameter Centrifugal Drilling Buckets, as well as longer lengths, are available upon request.
