The Sunward SWDM240 (SWDM245) rotary drilling rig is purpose-built for demanding foundation works requiring higher torque, deeper drilling capacity, and enhanced stability. The rig offers maximum torque of 248 kNm, supporting efficient large-diameter piling and challenging geotechnical conditions. It achieves a maximum drilling depth of up to 75 m with a maximum drilling diameter of up to 2,000 mm for CCS and up to 1,800 for WCS.
Supporting CFA and LDP drilling methods, the SWDM240/245 combines a high-strength mast, reinforced chassis, and advanced hydraulic control system for consistent drilling accuracy and load distribution. Premium components and an efficient powertrain reduce fuel consumption and operating costs, making it well suited for heavy civil and infrastructure applications.
