Centralizer / Spacer

Centralisers are used together with Thread Bars as parts of the High-Strength Thread Anchor Systems.

The Centraliser is an essential component of the anchor system, which is used to centralise the thread bar inside the middle of the drill hole.

Specification:

1. External Spacer: The strap design makes the installation simply and easily, there are many pins inside the spacer, and the pins can lock the corrugated sheathing into the pitch makes the spacer immovable.

2. Strap Centralizer: The strap design makes the installation simply and easily, there are many pins inside the spacer, and the pins can lock the rebar into the pitch makes the centralizer immovable.

3. Olivary Centralizer: The olivary shape design makes the installation simply and easily ,there are six lockers on the centralizer, you can assemble the centralizer as buckle ,and  there are many pins inside the wall, the pins can fasten the thread bar into the pitch, and this makes the centralizer immovable on the place of the rebar.

4. Lantern Centralizer: Lantern centralizer is used in centralizer the thread bar inside the middle of the drill hole.

These systems are used in Post-Tensioning, Formwork, Geotechnical, Ground engineering, Mining, Tunnelling, Soil Nailing, Slope Protection, and Retaining Structures.

Depending on the project requirements, we supply Thread Bars and Accessories of different size:

Diameter: 15, 20, 25, 28, 32, 36, 40, 5,0 63.5, 75 mm.

Grade: 500/630; 670/800; 830/1030; 930/1080; 1080/1230 MPa.

Materials comply with G30.18, ASTM 615, ASTM A123/A153 and GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 standards.
