SP800 Pile Breaker is a system for cutting the top part of round concrete piles.
The modular design allows the Pile Breaker to be used for crushing concrete piles with diameters from 500 to 2500 mm. Each module includes a separate cylinder and Breaker Rod. Hydraulic pressure drives the oil cylinder and rod to crush the pile.
SP800 Pile Breaker consists of up to 16 modules. Each module is identical. You can assemble different numbers of modules to form a pile cutter for different pile diameters.
A pile-breaking machine with 6 modules can cut piles between 500 and 600 mm. Moreover, with 16 modules, it could break piles up to 2.5m in diameter. The following table shows more details.
In addition, with 4 adapters (available for purchase), you get a new square pile breaker that cuts square piles from 150mm to 600mm.
