Manta-100 Seabed CPT system

Geotechnical surveys are moving towards deep and very deep waters. To provide operators with the best possible Cone Penetration Testing (CPT) equipment for these unique challenges, Geomil Equipment has developed the Manta-100 series.
These new groundbreaking seabed CPT systems are available in various configurations with the top-of-the-range Manta-100 UDW being suitable for up to 4,000m water depths. At such depths, the reliability of the equipment is paramount and this has been the prime focus in the design and the realization of all the models on offer.
The Manta-100 is available in three different configurations, targeted at various water depths and thus suitable for almost any project:
• Shallow Water (SW), up to 150 m water depth.
• Deep Water (DW), up to 1,500 m.
• Ultra Deep Water (UDW), up to 4,000 m.

The standard turn-key Manta-100 package consists of the following components:
• Base frame with Continuous Drive System (CDS).
• Submersible power pack with PTO function.
• Standard skirt.
• Hoisting frame.
• Control and data acquisition unit.

The Manta-100 is the most compact system in its class, measuring just 1,500 x 1,500 x 1,600 mm (L x W x H) when being transported.
